Our activities

GL Hospitality is the collective management company of 8 leisure and business hotels located in Belgium. From our head office in Hasselt, our Senior Management provides the best possible support for each of our hotels.

We currently employ over 150 people in 5 hotels in Hasselt, Liège and Wavre. Our partnerships with several international hotel brands have given us the knowledge and flexibility to focus on the needs of each individual property to ensure the best possible experience for all our guests.

Due to the roots with our mother company, GL Hospitality also participates as an investor in 3 hotels. These are operated by national and international hotel brands.

Our ongoing strategy is to continue building a strong portfolio in the Benelux market as investor and operator.

Our background

GL Hospitality is part of Group GL International, the business network established by Ghislain Lenaers in the 1980s, together with his son John Lenaers. As a developer of commercial, residential and industrial real estate projects, Group GL has grown to become one of the key players in Belgium.

Group GL’s mission is to create added value for the Belgian real estate landscape by utilising their experience and knowledge to undertake a wide variety of challenging and complex projects.

Group GL International, GL stands for Ghislain Lenaers, is the umbrella name of companies founded by Mr. Lenaers. It is operating under his management in a range of sectors such as developer of commercial, residential, and industrial real estate projects, Group GL International has grown to become one of the key players in Belgium and is very active on the international market as well.

Group GL International is still today a 100% Belgian company, headed by Ghislain Lenaers and his son John, with a team of talented and experienced employees at their side.
